4. Sponsorship
The "Collegium Vasile Alecsandri" Foundation is registered in the Register of religious entities/units, so sponsorships to us are perfectly legal and tax deductible.
Companies can support the ByteForce19234 team in two ways:
- Direct sponsorship (tax-deductible)
You can conclude a sponsorship agreement with our foundation and the amount offered will be deductible from your corporate income tax, up to a ceiling of 0.75% of your turnover and 20% of the corporate income tax due.
- Redirection of 20% of corporation tax through Declaration 177
If in the year 2024 you did not make sponsorships or you did, but did not reach the legal limit, you can redirect the remaining amount/difference until June 25, 2025, by filing Declaration 177 with ANAF.
So you can support our educational and community projects at no extra cost to your company.
