4. Sponsorship
The "Collegium Vasile Alecsandri" Foundation is registered in the Register of religious entities/units, so sponsorships to us are perfectly legal and tax deductible.
Companies can support the ByteForce19234 team in two ways:
- Direct sponsorship (tax-deductible)
You can conclude a sponsorship agreement with our foundation and the amount offered will be deductible from your corporate income tax, up to a ceiling of 0.75% of your turnover and 20% of the corporate income tax due.
- Redirection of 20% of corporation tax through Declaration 177
Dacă în anul 2025 nu ați făcut sponsorizări sau ați făcut, dar nu ați atins plafonul legal, aveți posibilitatea să redirecționați suma/diferența rămasă până la data de 25 iunie 2026, prin depunerea Declarației 177 la ANAF.
